Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Life & Money, by JR is a trading name of ArcPoint Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16700162), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

ArcPoint Labs Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: joel@arcpointlabs.io.

What we collect and why

  • Money mindset quiz and goal calculator: if you enter your email address and quiz answers, we store them (in our Supabase database, hosted by Supabase Inc.) so we can send you your results and timeline and, where you have agreed, occasional related emails. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.
  • Booking a chemistry call: bookings are handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email and any details you add so we can arrange and hold the call. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Cal.com's own privacy policy also applies.
  • Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser). Lawful basis: consent.We only turn on Google Analytics if you click Accept on our cookie banner. It sets cookies (named _ga) that last up to 2 years and are used to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google acts as our processor. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.Cookies_ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics, analytics, up to 2 years, only with consent.Cookie choice (local storage): remembers your cookie choice, essential, no expiry until cleared.
  • Emails you send us: we keep your message so we can reply.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers above, who process it on our behalf. We never sell your data.

Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Quiz and calculator data

Kept for up to 2 years from your last contact, then deleted.

Booking records

Kept for up to 6 years for accounting reasons, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email joel@arcpointlabs.io.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
